Five Minute Breathing Space Mindfulness Practice

Do you struggle to fit in relaxation or mindfulness exercises? If life feels too busy to commit to a longer mindfulness practice, then use the time you have available! Mindfulness is just as effective if you do it in short bursts- the main idea is to use the time you do have available in a purposeful way. So, if you only have 5 minutes to spare (whether on your lunch break, before bed, or in between work meetings) then give this one a go!
