Available Services and Fees

Therapy

It’s not easy opening up about all the things that make you feel vulnerable, especially when you are used to being the one who has it all together. High quality, evidence based therapy with a specialist psychologist is about helping you regain control so that you can live a life that is fulfilling.

Good therapy will:

  • help you understand how your emotions, thoughts, and actions work together in anxiety provoking situations.
  • Learn clinically proven strategies to manage your feelings of anxiety and overwhelm, as well as the triggers, so you can feel empowered and stop missing out on life.
  • Provide a non judgemental, collaborative, culturally informed, and compassionate space for you to work through your issues

All sessions are confidential and can be held online from the comfort of your home or office to fit around different commitments. Face to face sessions are also available at The Tower Clinic in Leeds.

The first step is to use the contact form on the website to set up a free 15 minute telephone consultation to see if we might be a good match for therapy. 

Fee: £150 per 50 minute session for self funding clients

Insurance: I am happy to work with a selection of private medical insurers, and am a registered provider with:

  • WPA
  • BUPA

Fees for clients with private medical insurance are different and will vary depending on your provider. It is your responsibility to check with your provider about how many sessions your plan covers, what they require from you to authorise payment for sessions, and your excess in advance. While the fees will be paid for by the insurance company, you will be responsible to pay for any missed appointments, cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and any excess that applies.

One off Coaching Sessions/Power Hour/Single Session

Not everyone feels the need for regular therapy sessions. If you would prefer to sit down with me and talk through one contained problem in a stand alone session, then please use the contact form and ask for this service instead of ongoing therapy. This is a great option if you have limited time, finances, and just want to gain clarity or specific recommendations to help you move forward with a problem. Research has demonstrated that single sessions can be effective when done in a solution focused way with more minor problems.

*Please note that stand alone coaching sessions are not appropriate for any significant ongoing mental health concerns or where there are risky behaviours involved

Fee: £150 per 50 minute coaching session

Mini Therapy Sessions (30 minutes, online only)

Traditional therapy doesn't suit everyone's lifestyle or needs and if that's you, we've got you covered! If you're busy or on a budget, and have one single problem you'd like help with, then perhaps mini sessions are the perfect fit for you. These sessions are shorter, but provide regular accountability and a more structured focus where we will focus on tangible coping skills to keep you moving forward toward your goals for change. They are a more affordable option and require less time commitment than traditional therapy sessions which are best suited for more complex or severe mental health issues.

Fee: £85 per 30 minute session

Psychological Assessment

If you require a psychological assessment for occupational health, or you are a case manager looking for this service for a client, please complete the contact form on the website for a bespoke quote. Please note, I currently do not provide medico legal assessments.
